4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data regarding data provided voluntarily on the Website.
5. Personal data provided on the website is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
1. handling contact forms (Art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR),
2. execution of orders and services, including shipping goods (Art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR),
3. conducting settlements and accounting (Art. 6 section 1 letter c of the GDPR),
4. pursuing claims and defense against claims (Art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR),
5. marketing own products and services (Art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR, and in the case of actions requiring consent
– Art. 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR).
6. Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
3. The Operator regularly performs security backups in order to protect the data.
4. A key element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.
3. Hosting
1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: home.pl
2. The hosting company keeps server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The following may be recorded:
1. resources specified by URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
2. time of request arrival,
3. time of sending the response,
4. name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
5. information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
6. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in case the access to the Website occurred via a link,
7. information about the user’s browser,
8. information about the IP address,
9. diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the site,
10. information related to the handling of electronic mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used
1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded with you or for the fulfillment of obligations incumbent upon the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
1. hosting company based on entrustment,
2. couriers,
3. entities providing legal and debt collection services,
4. authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation,
5. companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator.
2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be processed longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
6. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
7. Actions consisting of automated decision-making may be taken against you, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.
2. The Website may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
3. The Website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.
4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., for the purpose of handling a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

1. Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration purposes.
7. Essential Marketing Techniques
1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. headquartered in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
2. The Operator uses a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording on-site behavior. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that they do not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
3. The Operator applies a solution that automates the functioning of the Website in relation to users, e.g., it can send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
8. Information about cookie files
1. The Website uses cookie files.
2. Cookies constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Website User and are intended for the use of the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
